The Return of the Nephilim ? :
This may be one of the most bizarre subjects I have waded into but I feel I need to address this with you. The world is looking for super humans and super heroes who have magical, potent and powerful abilities. We see this search in many media forms, entertainment and religious streams. Media is promoting man's image of success and it really doesn't matter about integrity as long as success is evident in that role. Entertainment is giving us the X Men and other super human persona. Religion often creates and promotes it's own appointed leaders who are worshipped by the followers. All of this is evidence of man's desire to have unusual people leading them. For every genuine God given leader who operates in Holy Spirit given power; the enemy will try to produce a counterfeit. This sets the stage for the entrance of extraterrestrials/ superhumans who can fill that void and serve the role of world leader. The book of Revelation tells us there will come those who have the ability to deceive the nations with great lying signs and wonders. (Rev. 16:13, Rev. 19:19, 20)
Can you try to imagine the power of persuasion, deception and leadership necessary to fully convince the nations to converge into a mutual alliance under one Leader? Could Russia, China, North Korea, Iran, United States and all other nations come together into allegiance with one another under the Anti Christ? Apparently, the answer is yes. This leader will have great power over the nations and be totally wicked. This leader will be very unusual. He will be so energized by the devil in human form that none can stand in opposition to him but willingly agree to his leadership. It seems so impossible unless there comes a supernatural and superhuman with unusual powers to fill that role. I believe that Lucifer / Satan will either take on some human form or enter fully into some human body to cause this to occur. Let me share one strong possibility. I recognize that I may be speculating but what are the possibilities? Could the Nephilim of ancient times reappear in human form and fill this candidates position? I think it is possible. The first Fallen Angels that sinned with the Daughters of Men were permanently confined in Hades because of their sin, but could Lucifer conduct a final ploy similar to the ancient intrusion to bring the nations under his leadership? God only knows. This mystery lies within the nature of this Beast and his number 666 which in turn will be placed on every living person on earth as he dominates the earth.
From my study of the scriptures in both the Old Testament and New Testament where reference is made to Fallen Angels and the Nephilim in ancient times, I conclude these beings were the offspring of fallen angels. These fallen angels produced offspring that exhibited supernatural abilities. The promise of a Messiah and a 2nd Adam was given to Adam and Eve. (Genesis 3:15) Lucifer twisted that promise into a plot that he instigated through fallen angels and then deceived women of that day into thinking they could produce immortal sons to fulfill this prophecy. They corresponded with men and lead them into complete depravity before the universal flood of Noah's day. (Genesis 6:4.....)
It is interesting that Jesus prophesied....'As it was in the days of Noah, so shall it be in the days of the coming of the Son of Man,' (cf, Matt 24:37) The days of Noah included the Nephilim.
Jesus warned that, in the last days, 'fearful sights and great signs shall there be from heaven' (Luke 21:11).

Nephilim - Study
This became a controversial topic in Christian thinking during the middle ages but many modern day Biblical Scholars supported by their scriptural research consider the Sons of God mentioned in Genesis 6:4, as Fallen Angels who took on human form, exploited women and produced the Nephilim. This was the common understanding of those who lived during the Old Testament period and of those in early New Testament times.
Scripture tells us about the ministry of Holy Angels (Hebrews 1:7, 14) and it also tells us about Fallen Angels, Demons and Evil Spirits. (Acts 16:16). Evil spirits have super natural power and use it to deceive, oppress and enslave people. In today's world there is an unholy fascination in many people about extraterrestrials, aliens, creatures from other dimensions or some other space realm. If these beings are not Holy Angels then they are Demonic Beings posing as extraterrestrials. I predict that there will be increased incidents and reports of these beings (the Nephilim / Demons) manifesting themselves as the end approaches. They will deceive, oppress and empower those that reject the Truth.
Conclusion:
Jesus said ' I Am the way, the truth and the life, no one comes to the Father except through me. ( John 14:6. ) Keep your faith and focus entirely on Jesus as your Lord. Discern and reject every other supernatural being or manifestation that leads you away from relationship with the Heavenly Father, the Son Christ Jesus and the Holy Spirit. Having said all that, let me say that we will also see an increase in the manifestations of the Holy Angels and their ministry. They serve as an integral part of His Kingdom and are always around us, yet unseen to our natural eyes.
