Thank you for contacting me. I have received your information and will respond to set up either an on-site appointment or virtual appointment with you to draft an Estimate.
For on-site, I will do a walk through with you to view the areas of your home that are included in your painting project.
A virtual appointment involves you (or your representative) sending me a photo of each room attached to an email along with measurements in feet (width of room X length of room = sq.ft) of each room to determine the floor sq.footage of each room, ceiling height, number of windows and doors etc. Or if a representative (family, neighbour, realtor) has a key to give me access then that is fine too. I have a lock box to securely look after the entry key. This method usually includes all surfaces in the room for simplicity. This method works great for those who have already moved out of town to pursue a career, or those who have purchased a home but still live at a distance. It is common for a home owner to repaint portions of the home in neutral colors to ready it for sale or a buyer to do the same before the moving date arrives.
