Prophetic Word for the week of June 22, 2020

Purpose of Prophecy:1 Cor. 14:3  ..... the person who prophesies speaks to people for their up building, encouragement, and comfort. (As a ministry gift given by the Holy Spirit, prophecy brings revelation, discernment, understanding, direction and wisdom. It may also release strategic predictive declarations that call events and spiritual foundations into God given alignment.) By His grace and mercy we endeavor to be His ambassadors to the nations.

Colossians 1:19  For in him all the fullness of God was pleased to dwell,
Colossians 1:20  and through him to reconcile to himself all things, whether on earth or in heaven, making peace by the blood of his cross.

Colossians 2:14  by canceling the record of debt that stood against us with its legal demands. This he set aside, nailing it to the cross.

Hebrews 12:2  looking to Jesus, the founder and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is seated at the right hand of the throne of God.

1 Cor. 1:18  For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish, foolishness; but to us who are saved, it is the power of God.

The Lord's Provision:

(Move the mouse over the text below:)

Eph 1:3    Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in Christ with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places,  -
Php 4:19       And my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus.-
Psa. 84:11        For the LORD God is a sun and shield; the LORD bestows favor and honor. No good thing does he withhold from those who walk uprightly.   -
Heb 4:16         Let us then with confidence draw near to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need.-

This is what I hear the Lord Jesus saying:

Return to the Cross:

Personal Dream: This past Wednesday night, I had a dream. In the dream, I was singing a Hymn that I have not sung for at least 40 years ( or longer... I can't remember for sure). This song is titled “Near the Cross.” It used to be sung regularly in the churches I attended as an early born again Believer. In my dream, I had perfect recall of the words to this hymn and was singing them. That recall, was in itself a work of the Holy Spirit. I was amazed that I could sing it and remember the lyrics after all these years.

This dream was also a clear direction from Him to speak again and often of the power of redemption that is contained in the message of His Blood shed on the cross. There is a call and invitation being released by the Lord to come back to the foundations of our faith. The cross, the crucifixion, the shedding of His blood, His burial, resurrection and ascension back into Heaven must be renewed in our faith. The devil and hell can not prevail against us as Believers, when we stand upon the truth of His Cross and His Blood. The sacrifice made by our Majestic King Jesus defeated the devil and all the hordes of hell. The redemptive work of Jesus removes the curse of sin and brings transformation to all who call upon the Lord and believe in Him.

Great power will be released whenever we stand upon and proclaim the provisions of His Blood and the Cross. The ultimate demonstration of God's great love came through the Cross. A great end time God sent revival is coming and will be firmly established in the message of the Cross. That revival will embrace these foundational truths and all aspects of dying to self and living anew as Christ-like ones. A great abundant harvest will come into His Kingdom before the final end.

Come back to and stay close to the Cross in your confession of faith.

Near the Cross

Acts 10:38 God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with power. He went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with him.

**Prophecy and Tongues:
1 Corinthians 14:3 On the other hand, the one who prophesies speaks to people for their up building and encouragement and consolation.
1 Corinthians 14:4 The one who speaks in a tongue builds up himself, but the one who prophesies builds up the church.

Concerning the Coming of Christ for His Bride:
1 Thessalonians 4:15 For we say this to you in the Word of the Lord, that we the living who remain to the coming of the Lord will not at all go before those who have fallen asleep.
1 Thessalonians 4:16 Because the Lord Himself shall come down from Heaven with a commanding shout of an archangel's voice, and with God's trumpet. And the dead in Christ will rise again first.
1 Thessalonians 4:17 Then we who remain alive will be caught up together with them in the clouds to a meeting with the Lord in the air. And so we will always be with the Lord.
1 Thessalonians 4:18 So, then, comfort each other with these words.
